A few years ago, 14 exceptional oncologists from northeastern Oklahoma’s largest cancer care group determined that their vision wasn’t simply to build another cancer treatment facility – it was to create nothing less than the most integrated cancer center of its kind in the region. Opening in 2013, under the signature name Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute, this new $60 million, 86,000 square foot structure will propel cancer care to an entirely different level.

It’s the state’s single largest medical facility built by a group of private physicians and the largest number of cancer specialists at one center. In addition to new technologies, the new facility features wellness services, a healing garden, and bright, open spaces. The building is LEED-certified for environmental design and allows us to provide our patients contemporary care in an environment that promotes serenity and healing. Oklahoma Cancer Specialists and Research Institute allows our physicians to fight cancer in a manner that patients and families will find respectful, supportive, and based on the latest scientific advances and technologies.
