According to the Tulsa Health Department, 22.5% of cancer patients are uninsured; and the number of underinsured patients is typically even higher. As an organization that puts our patients first, it is alarming to see how many people in our community are unable to get the treatment they need. That’s why OCSRI has partnered with the Tulsa Community Foundation to form the Oklahoma Cancer Specialists Cares Fund.
The OCS Cares Fund exists to provide exceptional healthcare for cancer patients who are unable to afford treatment on their own. Our focus is the wellbeing of our patients, so we strive to provide comprehensive support for all of them.
