You shouldn’t have to go it alone with cancer care, which is why OCSRI has launched several new monthly cancer support groups. A list of those groups can be found below.
Additionally, our efforts to support you extend to all aspects of treatment, including how we communicate with you. We’re now offering texting as a preferred form of communication. If this is something you’re interested in, simply fill out a patient registration form and check the box. Or, talk with one of our friendly staff when you register.
OCSRI Support Groups:
- Project31
- Available for those at any stage of the disease. Held the fourth Thursday of each month from 6:30–8:00 p.m. in the first floor Patient Training Room. For more information, contact facilitator Amity Ritze, 918-269-8246, or visit the Project31 Facebook page.
- Men’s Support Group
- For all types of cancers. Held the fourth Monday of each month from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the first floor Patient Training Room. For more information, contact facilitator Jason Davis, 918-505-3259.
- Anna’s Belles
- For all gynecologic cancer patients. Held the third Thursday of each month from 12:30-2:00 p.m. in the first floor Patient Training Room. For more information, contact facilitator Lisa Ramsey, 918-232-2973.
